The Link?
Why?! I hear you Scream. WHY!? Why does a site about Aeons have Information about some weapons?! WHY?! The Answer is Simple. If you remember, back in the 'The Aeons' part, I said that some Aeons(Like Bahamut, Anima, etc.) had acheived their BREAK DAMAGE LIMIT. This meant that they could inflict upwards of 9,999HP of damage in a single hit. Celestial weapons do this to other Aeons, So stick around, 'cause It's about to get REALLY Interesting! |

THE CELESTIAL MIRROR
In Order to get any celestial Weapon, you must first gain the Celestial Mirror. This Can be Done in 10 steps-
1.Raise A Chocobo
2.Win the Chocobo race at the remiem Temple, but DON'T open any chests, they'll just slow you down.You will win a CLOUDY MIRROR.
3.Go To Macalania Woods
4.Talk to the Woman with the Child, she'll say that her Husband has gone off
5.Go and find the Husband.-He'll be around the Campsite where you and the Group rested after Via Purifico .
6.Talk to him and tell him that his Wife is waiting for him
7.Follow him back to the woman.(You can make your own way back).NOTE-There is a chest on this Campsite, so make sure you have the Contents before you leave.
8.Talk To the Man and Woman after they've been re-united and keep on talking to them until they get it into their heads that their child has wandered off.
9.Go up the Crystal Path to Find the Boy.
10. He will say something about the place being special, and then an command bar will pop up. Select the Command to use the Cloudy Mirror. A transformation will take place and Viola!-You have the Celestial Mirror(Eventually!).

The Celestial Weapons and Sigils
This Bit of the page will inform you about the Celestial Weapons, their abilities, how to get them, and how to acheive their full potential.
CRESTS AND SIGILS-Each Celestial weapon has a Crest and a Sigil. The Crest will help it acheive some power, but the Sigil must be Obtained for it to take effect on Aeons or Characters.
TIDUS-CALADBOLG
Location-Calm Lands, North
Abilities-Break Damage limit for Tidus, Triple AP, Evade and counter, Magic Counter
Effect on Aeons- NONE
Sun Crest-Zanarkand Dome-the Beyond(After the Battles with Yunalesca).
Sun Sigil-Complete the Catcher Chocobo trial in or less than 0 seconds.
YUNA-NIRVANA
Location-Calm lands-Monster Arena,after capturing all 9 different fiends from the Calm lands.
Abilities-Break Damage limit, Triple Overdrive, Doubl AP, 1MP cost.
Effect on Aeons-Break damage limit for Valefor
Moon Crest-Besaid beach
Moon Sigil-Remiem Temple. Gain all 8 Aeons, then defeat all of Belgemine's Aeons and send her to the Farplane.
AURON-MASAMUNE
Location-Calm Lands-Gorge Bottom
Abilities-Break damage limit, Triple Overdrive, First Strike, Counter-attack
Effect on Aeons-Break damage limit for Yojimbo
Mars Crest-Mi'hen Highroad-Oldroad, South
Mars Sigil-Calm Lands-Monster arena-Capture enough Monsters to generate a total of 10 creatures during the Area Conquest and/or species Conquest in the Monster Arena.
WAKKA-WORLD CHAMPION

KIMAHRI-SPIRIT LANCE
Location-Thunder Plains-South(Activate all 3 Glowing Quactuar stones).
Abilities-Break Damage limit, Triple Overdrive, Double AP, Evade & Counter
Effect on Aeons-Break Damage limit for Ixion
Saturn Crest-Mt.Gagazet-Prominence(After battle with Seymour).
Saturn Sigil-Macalania Woods-Once you have access to the Airship, go back to Macalania woods and master the Butterfly Hunt in Both the North and Central Areas.
LULU-ONION KNIGHT
Location-Ruins-Underwater Hall(Baaj Temple).
Abilities-Break Damage limit, Triple Overdrive, Magic Booster, 1MP Cost.
Effect On Aeons-Break Damage Limit for Shiva
Venus crest-Guadosalam-the Farplane-After getting the Airship, pay another visit to the farplane. There you will find a Treasure chest
Venus Sigil-Thunder Plains. Avoid 200 lightning strikes in a row. This Amount is reset if you visit a Save Sphere or Rin's, However. The Chest will appear outside Rin's.
RIKKU-GODHAND
Location-Mushroom Rock-Valley. Enter the Password GODHAND in in the Airship. this will take you to the Godhand.

Mecury Crest-Sanubia Desert-West
Mercury Sigil-Fly Back to Bikanel Island and comlete the 'Valley of the Cactuars' Minigame.
